The goods exchange warranty is valid for 7 days after the order was shipped by us.
If the received goods are damaged or incorrect, please submit your complaints to us within 7 days from the date of shipping. Complaints made after this period will not be entertained.
All pre-ordered goods will be scan thru the quality inspection before sending to our customer. All quality inspection will be marked with a quality card. Our quality inspection is based on the level of product quality. If you still want to return the product of your order, it will be categorized as "Unsatisfactory" but the customer must responsible for the previous shipping expenses.
To avoid the warranty being abused, all refund is not in cash basis but will credit to your PEACE.my account. You may use these credits for your next order from our online store and get instant deduction in the amount of your order.
Please note that on the calculation of the credited balance. However, we will deduct the previous shipping charges as the shipping expenses are made to the courier companies. The total balance which credited to your PEACE.my account will be deducted with the previous shipping expenses.

Make sure the exchange/return goods in the best condition and remain their original packaging with the quality cards, product tags and complete accessories of the product if any. Please ensure there are no defects on the surface of the product, torn, stain, altered, scratches, perfumes, damaged cause during shipping, no changes in color and has not been washed. Requests for goods exchange/return with above reasons will not be accepted.
To expedite the goods exchange/return process, please notify us by providing the following information:
Once we have received your goods exchange/return request, we will reply to you within 24 hours with a “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA). After that, you may go ahead and return the stated product to our address as confirmed in the email. You may deliver via any shipping method of your choice at your cost.

For hygiene purposes, the products marked with "Not Returnable" at the back of the product name is not allowed to exchange or return unless the product remained in its original packaging before opening. If the reason of returning for the product is defective or incomplete which is rarely happen as we guarantee every product quality inspection before shipping. If this happen, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and we will not arrange for an exchange.
You have to responsible of the exchange/return package before it reaches our warehouse. Hence, you are advised to use a traceable shipping method such as registered mail or courier service.
We always ensure that any product shipped to the customer will be checked with the perfection of quality inspection and no defects. Damaged or lost of your ordered goods cause by the non-representative of the shipping company will not responsible by us due to it is beyond our control. You are advised to take cover with insurance for each shipment. Additional costs will be applied. (Refer to the shipping company).
If the product is unsuitable for goods exchange/return upon inspection, we reserve the rights to refuse the acceptance of the said exchange/return goods and we will notify you with the specific reason if the event occurs.
The shipping costs for exchange/return package to/from our warehouse shall be your responsibility. If you have any new order during the goods exchange, we will combine the new orders with the exchanged goods. If your new order qualified for the free shipping and the total weight of the package does not exceed 2kg, the shipping charges will be absolutely free for your new order together with your exchanged goods.
Your exchange/return package may takes up to 4 days to reaches us. However, once we have received your returned goods, we will inspect the package and process with the goods exchange/return as soon as possible and updated with the latest status in our system. The balance amount will be refund and credited to your PEACE.my account if no product is suitable for exchange.
Your refund will be provided in terms of credit store. Any refunds shall be processed via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement. Else, the customers may dispute for credit not processed and merchant shall be liable for the disputes received.
